The Super Bowl was a wonderful showcase for South Florida and brought out the celebs, of course, but also a number of folks looking at the hottest Miami Beach waterfront and luxury real estate.
In a bit of “melting pot” evening a few days before the big game, Linda Schechter and Bragi Sigurdsson entertained overseas clients who were particularly interested in the latest oceanfront condos to hit the market. Our group, representing the U.S., Germany, Iceland, Jamaica and France, attended the Wyclef Jean concert at the Eden Roc. Jean, who has been an advocate for his native Haiti since the devastating earthquake, gave a phenomenal performance at one of the hottest parties of Super Bowl Week.
It’s very clear to us that Miami Beach continues to have tremendous star power as more and more A-list actors, musicians and celebrities visit our community and quickly find that waterfront luxury is a style that fits them well.
