With the summer season now in full swing, there's likely a large group of people eager to start renting or buying South Beach homes in order to take advantage of the inimitable South Florida sunshine.  If the latter's the case, there are certain things you should be aware of in order to maximize your selling efforts during the summer season.

This shouldn't be a problem when selling South Beach homes (especially in the summer) but definitely keep your AC at a comfortably cool level.  Aside from the obvious negative effects of potential buyers feeling hot, heat can also cause unwanted odors to permeate if you have carpeting for example.

Perhaps even more important than the climate inside, do some extra work outside of your South Beach homes.  Summer is when people visit the pool, the beach and generally enjoy spending a significant amount of time outdoors.  A properly staged patio or gazebo can actually be extremely helpful in swaying buyers looking for a summer home.
