The following is our agreement regarding listing your property:
- List price, to be determined.
- Commission is 6% if we co-broker the deal, 4% if we sell it without an outside broker.
- We will launch our comprehensive marketing campaign and keep you informed on a weekly basis.
- You can cancel this agreement on a day's notice, if you do not feel that we are up to the task, no questions asked!
- We will handle any and all issues with getting the property sold all advertising cost is ours to bear whether we are successful or not.
- We do not charge any additional fees of any kind!
- You will receive copies of all the information we put out regarding the property, advertising and other.
- A property disclosure statement will have to be filled out by owner once an offer is received.
- This agreement is essentially an exclusive right to sell agreement with the same obligations accordingly.
- We treat our clients as we would our friends. Our goal is to create raving fans!
